Lord Telleri [Tellerium] is the master in charge of this quest.
Perhaps you've noticed, but some time ago, I arranged for a Ferry to run
between our city and the ancient towne of Lowangen. Now that the ferry has
been in operation for a while, I want you to take the ferry, christened the
Hallowhold, to Lowangen. Speak with the shipwrights of both docks. Make
sure you ask for detailed reports of any increase in port traffic since the
ferry started sailing. Also, speak with King Cronus and ask his opinion
about the Ferry. Also speak with Lowangen's mayor. After you have done all
of that, ask the townsfolk of both cities what they think. Take your time
with this quest, enjoy the voyages on the Ferry. Return to me and make sure
that you don't forget what everyone told you!
