Description of It's A Circus!:
Lord Vashir has decided to hold a harvest fair this year with a big feast
and lots of entertainment. Several of the nobles suggested that he bring in
exotic animals and acts from Lowangen and New Rigel as part of the
entertainment. Adventurers are being dispatched to seek out the finest
specimens and entertainment to ensure that the fair is a great success.
