Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
Life under the constant threat of extinction by the three witches and
their meteors is not pleasant, I need you to help alleviate the threat.
Adventurers have already been dispatched to take care of the witches, but
I'd also like to know methods of survival should they fail. Hellbent
Mountain is an extremely inhospitable place, please go there, investigate
how any living creatures there manage to survive without dying. Dinosaurs
are reputed to live there still, if the indeed do, observe them and perhaps
look for any experts who might possible assist you with this task.
