for Adventurers levels 180 to 241.
Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
Reports have been coming in from adventurers that the usage of slaves in
Alyria is still going on. This greatly disturbs me, for slavery is a
terrible fate for anyone. Infiltrate the Dungeon and the Tower of Art and
free whatever slaves you can. If any guards give you any trouble, dispatch
them as quickly as possible. Be especially sure to rescue the slaves in the
kitchens as they have apparently been treated the worst. After completing
this objectives return to me for your reward.
