Lord Vashir [The Towne of New Rigel] is the master in charge of this quest.
Life under the constant threat of extinction by the three witches and
their meteors is not pleasant. I need your assistance to end this threat.
Adventurers have already been dispatched to take care of the witches, but
I'd also like to know methods of survival our people can fall back on should
they fail. Hellbent Mountain is an extremely inhospitable place, please go
there, investigate how the creatures there manage to survive without dying.
Dinosaurs are reputed to live there still. If they indeed do, observe them
and perhaps look for any experts who might possibly assist you with this
