Horst Road is a short street that connects Pine Road to the south with
Bastion Road to the north.  Even though it runs alongside the Legislature,
it would probably be a little known and rarely used road if it weren't for
the fact that it has a bridge across the Tantaa River.  There is a large
crane to the east, obviously used to load and unload cargo off ships.
