There are small cooridors that connect the ledges of the second floor of
the temple with the inner area.  To the west of here is the central room of
the second floor.  Much like the base floor, the second floor's central room
is also giving off blinding light even though the second floor has no altar
in it.  Apparently the glow from the first floor forms a beam that goes
directly upwards into the second level.  
A common worshipper of Vandyne cleans the crystal hallways.
