This is a lovely shrine full of running water and fountains everywhere. 
Wherever you go, the bubbling of water can be heard along with the praises
of the worshippers of Ithrilis.  The church of this religion is very big on
singing in large groups and praising their element so loud that it is
suprising that the rest of the continent doesn't hear.
