This altar is built into a strangely shaped trapezoidal room that serves
as the back end of the shrine of Ithrilis.  The deacon of the religion
conducts the choirs from this place while performing other traditional oral
chants and phrases during the masses which Ithrilis followers attend daily.
Generally, this place is open to the outsider who can come in and watch the
glory these people give to the goddess Ithrilis.
