Chunks of ice that have survived their plummet down the eastern waterfall
flow calmly to the west.  The waters in this branch of the river are frigid
and cause shivers and goose flesh to any who wade across its
breadth.  The thundering sound of a waterfall can be heard coming from the
towering east mountain and a fine mist weighs heavy in the air.
