The overgrown path to the southwest meets up to here and then takes a
very hard turn to the northwest.  Rough gravel forms a steep path upward on
to a rocky and perilous climb up the side of the mountain.  The stench of
death is weak but ever-present, the source of which is unknown.  
A large feline stares at you through slitted eyes, ready to attack.
