With vaulted ceilings and large marble columns lining the walls, these
are the headquarters of the most successful and notorious espionage group
known to exist.  The Extra-Planar Intelligence Divison of the fey army looks
as intimidating as one would expect.  Clerks and pages scramble around,
endlessly transferring memos and documents.  An endless sea of desks
stretches away to the east, each occupied by a very busy looking fey.
A newly-promoted sergeant is here overseeing operations.
