A narrow, utilitarian staircase of dark grey stone runs upward.  This
stair is obviously not for customer use and probably leads to the living
quarters above the Emporium.  Not part of the public areas of the store,
this area reflects a less structured sense of decor, with several potted
Auryn violets resting on a window sill next to a rather odd looking watering
can, shaped like a frog.
