Through the velvet-curtained doorway is a room that can only be described
as...  Eclectic.  With a series of tall, narrow windows on the south well
and the light-grey walls and tile floor, the room is well-lit, but it is
festooned with dark and mysterious furnishings, trophies of the Van Pelt's
adventures.  Despite the presence of idols of minor Powers, ironwood
candelabra, and statues of mystical beasts, perhaps the collection of rare
and mysterious wares for sale here are the most intriguing things in the
