The town's officials like to keep their refuse out of scanning eyes. 
Shadows of bizarre shapes and sized move about the area, light reflecting
off the random trash cluttered about the area. Old wooden boards,
fragments of marble and ceramic, old parchments, and bent tools cover the
area.  Light from the road to the west is mostly blocked out by the garbage.
