While the main meeting room of the town hall is large enough to hold
quite a few people, it is usually so crowded during gatherings that only
standing room is available.  This is probably for the best, since the ground
in this part of the city is craggy and rough.  You wonder if this could be
the reason why Lord Glomus was willing to give up so much space near his
palace for the town hall to be built.  The lobby is back to the west.
