Carts and pedestrians travel along this wide tunnel that stretches
between Xerxes Way and the City Gates.  Smoky torches cast a bright glow
through the tunnel providing ample light for those rushing along the tunnel.
Dracon guards patrol the tunnel ensuring peace and adherence to the laws of
Vir.  Given the crowds along here, this is obviously not a place to linger
long as those loitering are likely to be run down by one of the carts
barreling along the way.  
A slimy mass oozes along scavenging the roads for bits of debris left by travelers.
