Workers from the local refinery frequent this bar after their long
shifts.  The low lights and burning cigars make it difficult to make out one
face from the other.  Roughly formed tables and chairs fill the room, while
the bar's once polished surface tells many a tale of fights won and lost.
A scantily dressed dracon drapes herself across the bar to show off her shimmering wings.
