Several wide tunnels that lead off into different sections of the city
meet up here.  Xerxes Way, the main path that circles the city, runs off to
the southeast while Hess Way leads into the heart of the city to the west. 
Torches line the stone walls providing ample light for the residents as they
go about their business.
