This wide tunnel appears to be very well used by the residents of Vir. 
Since it circles the majority of the caverns and caves that make up the
city, it has been well maintained and serves as the main thoroughfare within
the city.  Rushing travelers create soft breezes making the torches along
the wall flicker.
