What might have once been a thriving place of business, now appears to be
empty except for the occassional crumpled cup and bedding abandoned by
citizens who have made this their home for a short period before being
forced to move on by the city guards.  
A slimy mass oozes along scavenging the roads for bits of debris left by travelers.
