Scarred tables and battered chairs fill this cavern that serves the
citizens of Vir as one of the city's most notorious watering holes.  At any
time, one can find various criminals and celebrities rubbing shoulders here
as they seek a bit of excitement or just one of the establishment's famous
beverages.  The bartender stands behind the massive stone bar that stretches
across one wall of the cavern.  Rows of bottles and a massive ornate mirror
sit behind the bar within easy reach of the bartender.  
     A well used dartboard hangs on the wall awaiting its next volley.

An ogre barkeep goes about wiping down the bar with his one good hand.
