Torches placed high on the walls provide ample light for those passing
through this alcove.  Set off of the more traveled paths, this small cavern
serves as a transition between them and the more secluded spots in the city.
Occasionally various citizens make use of the privacy of these alcoves to
conduct a bit of private business out of view of the town guards.  
A drooling orcish slave wanders about picking his newly grown scabs.
