Standing inside the southwestern gate of Vir, the temperature is
noticeably higher than the surrounding outside lands.  This, being a city of
dracons, is quite suitable for such cold blooded creatures.  Within the town
are a number of magma pools, which those who can afford them use to ease
their craving for heat.  It is not clear which is more dangerous, the path
entering the City of Vir or the barren landscape on the other side of the
gates.  Left with only two choices, it would be wise to make a decision
soon.
