The sight of death and the smell of blood strike you hard as you enter
the room.  You can see the machines of death, used by the Torture Master,
all around you.  Pendulums swing, large gears turn and belts tighten as pain
is dealt.  This is definitely not a place one would want to make a habit of
coming to.
