The intersection here is lavishly decorated, the overlord flaunting the
wealth of his small kingdom.  Tourmalines are carved into interesting
designs and set into the polished floor.  To the west you spot a small
garden at the end of the hallway.  To your east the hall ends at a narrow
flight of stairs.
