The room is made with a solid gray looking brick that seems to absorb the
light rather than reflect it.  The walls are lined with numerous items of
tremendous value, most of them put in places merely because there was no
where else to put them.  Every once in awhile you spot a civilian wandering
aimlessly about for some reason or another.  
A palace functionary wanders about here trying to look important.
