Large pictures and trophies of forgotten lands decorate this lavish
hallway from floor to ceiling.  Above you lanterns on chains made of solid
gold illuminate the hallway with an eerie light.  As you walk through the
red-dyed velvet carpet you notice that down the hallway to your east there
is a large door gilded in gold and rubies..  It is cracked slightly open.
