The air is unusually clear, particles of dust all settled to the dirt
ground.  Though this is a large town, no sounds penetrate the silent
surroundings, as though a military presence stays here.  Small, identical
structures line this road, which travels east to west through the city. 
Little vegetation grows through the pebbles and dust on the ground.  
A janitor, who seems to be the only one around, sweeps up garbage.
