The front part of this ship seems to be in slight disrepair.  You see
slash marks on the wood work, splintered wood on the railings near you, and
bent and broken nails from hastily done repair jobs.  Seeing the drunk
deckhands roaming around, you have no doubt as to why the boat is in the
shape it is.  Still, the boat holds together well through, you suspect,
magical means.  Nevertheless, the Captain needs to hire a better crew or get
the one he has into better shape.
