The dark brown soil wavers up and down creating small potholes in some
parts and little hills in others.  A few pebbles have sunk deep into the
soil with only the tops to be seen.  The dirt to the north seems to be
charred from the immense heat of the blacksmith, while the dirt to the south
seems to be in good condition from patrons going into the bank.  
A janitor, who seems to be the only one around, sweeps up garbage.
