The stairs have lead you into a room with several stalagmites around the
perimeter of the room.  You notice several shadowy figures shifting about
behind the icy shields.  You are not sure if they are merely hiding, or
planing an ambush.  You notice the stairs continue northeast, and downwards
to the southwest.  
  You can see the faint red outline of something moving around the area.

A large legendary demon flies insanely around the room.
A pale skinned woman with snakes interwoven in her hair attemps to stare into your eyes.
