Circling the periphery of New Rigel, Bastion Road follows the protective
wall that encloses the city.  The outside edge of the road is formed by the
tall stone battlement that defines the municipality, while a variety of
small businesses and homes dot the inside of the long, jagged road.  The New
Rigel Visitor's Information Center is to the north.  A small walkway leads
south providing access to housing for the city guards.
