A healer is busily tending patients here, most of the people in this room
seem to have minor cuts and burns.  A few others are coughing and look as if
they don't feel well at all.  There are chairs along the walls for those who
are waiting and some curtained alcoves for those being examined.  A nurse is
ushering those who are waiting into the exam alcoves as their turn arises.
