You have entered the hospital gift shop, there is a small woman with
white hair here selling things.  There are some cute little items, flowers
and various types of food.  Every last one of them is terribly over priced
though.  You can't imagine this shop ever managing to sell anything at these
prices.  
Coughing and sneezing frequently, this plague victim shivers and suffers.
