The nurses run around you and knock you out of the way so they can get to
their patients.  You move away as fast as you can because they seem to be
holding several exposed needles in their hands, and there is no telling what
strange diseases or germs they carry on them.  Most of the nurses look very
stressed and the patients look quite ill.
