An occassional nurse pops in and out of the break room, taking a quick
shot of mead or ale to try and keep their nerves calm.  They look very
stressed and frazzled, perhaps some emergency has occured to cause this. 
The head nurse passes by, checking up on her subordinates.  To the north and
west you see more rooms filled with patients and hospital staff.
