This is a small storage closet off the sanctuary to the south.  It is
currently bare, but normally would contain medical supplies such as bandages
and healing kits when fully stocked.  There must have been a lot of injuries
lately for the closet to be so barren of supplies.
A chubby, jolly-looking fellow hawks his fantastic bargains to all passers-by.
