NPC: Sinter Van Pelt
Long Desc: A chubby, jolly-looking fellow hawks his fantastic bargains to all passers-by.

The most jovial of the extensive Van Pelt clan, Sinter is actually something
of an outcast among his family.  While patriarch Krampus permitted
adventurers to try samples for a limited time before buying, Sinter decided
to sell great quantities of their regular wares at heavily discounted
prices.  Exiled to the far side of Trigael for the audacity to undersell the
rest of his mercantilist relatives, he still enjoys returning to Alyria for
a few weeks every several years, to peddle his wares and treat adventurers
to the bargains they came to love.
It is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
