The town square of New Rigel is found at the intersection of its two main
avenues, Lewis Street and Pine Road.  While the main center of commerce can
be found at Market Square, the town square is designed to be a community
place of relaxation.  The streets converge into a traffic circle, and in the
middle is a large grassy area with many benches and trees to rest under.  A
small platform containing various occult-oriented equipment has been erected
in front of the benches.  
     A white marble fountain gushes forth here.
     There is a weathered wooden hitching post here.
A bard sits on the street performing a melody for passersby.
A strangely garbed stage illusionist is here, entertaining a small crowd.
A pretty half-elf woman with a ponytail smiles at you.
A chubby, jolly-looking fellow hawks his fantastic bargains to all passers-by.
