NPC: The stage illusionist
Long Desc: A strangely garbed stage illusionist is here, entertaining a small crowd.

The illusionist is wearing a long robe covered with flying elephants.  He
looks to be middle aged, although you can't entirely tell as most of his
face is obscured by a large hood.  He seems to have an entertaining
presence, for the growing crowd about him seems to enjoy his antics.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
