This appears to be the roof of the mighty fortress.  The only apparent
way to gain access to this area is by climbing the small ladder below the
trapdoor of the floor.  A waist high wall of varying sizes of blocks lines
the parameter of the area, preventing anyone from falling off and hurting
themselves.  A few oak deck chairs have been placed around the place,
allowing for a comfortable place to rest.
