The combat pit comes to a sharp corner on the eastern end.  The walls
seem even more rigid here, seemingly less worn by the elements and stray
blades.  Most of the combat happens in the center of the pit for all to see.
The ground is hard allowing for the best traction for fighting.  
A thorny, red-veined vine twines its way around your feet.
