The floor and walls are thick marble slabs, aligned like tiles.  Small
candelabras are set high on the walls, lighting the area.  The only breaks
in the walls are a passage to the north leading to the rest of the castle
and a small window to the south, giving a candid view of the drawbridge.  
     Several large tubes in the floor go somewhere unseen.
