The West Mezzanine is a large, spacious circular room.  The walls have
been painted with a bright white stucco paint that has formed tiny peaks on
the walls.  The woodworking has been trimmed in a deep mahogany wood.  The
contrast is striking.  There is a huge stained glass window on the south
wall that portrays scenes of angelic creatures conversing with one another. 
There is a small sitting area underneath this window.  The Rainbow Tea Room
is directly north.  The Manager's Office is to the far west.
