The Rainbow Tea Room is a beautiful spot where all sorts of people come
to get away from the maddening crowd and sit and relax.  The walls are
covered with mirrored glass which makes the odd shaped room even larger. 
Large overflowing baskets of white gardenias hang suspended from the
ceiling.  The smell is mesmerizing and lends alot to the cosy atmosphere. 
There are small round tables set for two all around the room, each lit by
small tea-lite candles.  A young server walks around and tends to the needs
of the patrons.  There are private tea rooms adjacent to the main room.  The
West Mezzanine leading to the rest of the tower is to the south.
