You follow the path around leading towards the back of the inn.  To the
north and east are the gardens where vegetables are grown for use in the
inn's kitchen, and to the east is a small chicken coup.  There is a sign
pointing to the northeast with the words "outhouse this way" painted on it
with black paint.
