It smells very bad, very evil in here.  The sight is not very virtuous
either.  Scattered around the cave are heads, pelts, and body parts of
animals, trolls, and several things that are difficult to recognize in their
decaying state.  Elaborate fetishes have been constructed out of a
combination of the fleshy ingredients, various plants, and feathers. 
Feathers are very typical of shamanic craft, which suggests that the
inhabitant is, or was a shaman.
