As soon as you enter this room it flares up with a brilliant luminous
glow.  There are sigils covering the whole room from top to bottom.  The
sigils shimmer and move on its own, as if controlled by some unseen force. 
You can feel the strong magic in this room by the ambient glow from
everything around you.  As soon as you enter an eye opens up on the far wall
and stares at you malevolently.  It fixes its gaze at you for a bit then
slowly fades into the wall.  You get the eerie feeling that your presence is
noticed by someone or something.
