You feel a the air vacuumed out of your lungs as you land on your face. 
You stagger for a bit till your vertigo subsides, when you realize that the
room is still spinning.  Through the haze you notice shadows moving beyond
your peripheral vision.  The room is of indeterminate size, width or length.
The floors in this room is uneven with loose gravel and rocks littered
about.  Your eyes play tricks.  You see darting movements out of the corner
of your eye, just at the edge of your vision, but when you shift your gaze
towards such, of course, there is nothing there at all.
